CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by Serristori Palace. A Euro 100,00 cancellation fee will apply and be deducted from the rental fees paid.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follow:

  • Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of full fee is lost if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival
  • 50% of full fee is lost if cancelled 7 - 29 days before the arrival date
  • 100% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 6 days up to the arrival date

Arrival/Departure

  • Apartments may be occupied from 3.00 PM on day of arrival. and most be vacated by 10.00 AM on day of departure.
  • The acceptable arrival times are: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
